Our vision is to be the world’s leader in athletic scholarship attainment while developing the social-emotional well-being of student athletes.

Our Focus

Sports Mentoring focuses on the overall well-being or life management of the student/athlete. Our staff will cover a wide range of essential life skills for the development of the student/athlete.

We create timelines for athletic development and facilitate contact with public/prep schools. Make referrals to specific college camps that are conducive to the individual long term athletic goals. Conceptualize and execute marketing and personal brand strategies, community outreach, and media relations. Overall, we holistically monitor the progression of the athlete until goals are met.

Athletic Development is a holistic approach towards achieving the greatest impact of our student/athletes. Each athlete possess a base level skill-set. It isn’t until their Supreme ability is educed from within. Our staff have extensive knowledge in sports science and the overall maintenance of the body which is why we have decided to focus on the most crucial aspects of an athlete development.

Class Descriptions

Wu Tang Forever

This class focuses on agility, acceleration, and dynamic change-of-direction movements to develop overall athleticism in our athletes. We understand the importance of dynamic movement patterns and how they can help athletes become more agile and explosive. Our approach to training emphasizes the development of strength, explosiveness, power, and speed, while also improving balance, coordination, and agility. Our goal is to help our athletes reach their peak performance and reach their highest level of athleticism.

Survival of the Fittest

This class is designed to push and challenge youth on multiple levels. It is tailored to be similar to a military boot camp, with the intention of breaking down the athlete and seeing how they react. It is a rigorous program that will test the physical, mental, and emotional stamina of the athlete. Once the athlete has been broken down, they will be rebuilt stronger than before. This class is a unique opportunity for youth to challenge themselves and become the best possible version of themselves.

It Was Written

This class is designed to improve speed and develop the technical aspects of running fast. We place a premium on learning how to run faster and more efficiently and provide a comprehensive environment to hone those skills. We focus on the technical aspects of running such as stride length, flexibility, and agility, in order to improve overall speed. With the help of our experienced instructors and a comprehensive training program, you will be able to develop the skills necessary to become a faster, stronger runner.

Flight School

This class is designed to give student-athletes an edge when it comes to jumping. We focus on the technique of each movement, teaching athletes how to generate power for the best jump possible. We consider the athlete’s current abilities and create a custom plan to help them reach their goals. With our help, athletes will be able to jump higher and further than their competitors.

Marathon

This class is designed to improve muscular endurance. It is a unique program that not only trains the body but also conditions the mind to push past physical and mental barriers, allowing you to achieve a level of endurance that far surpasses that of your competitors. Through a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises, you will learn how to push yourself to reach your highest potential and stay ahead of the competition.

Sports Consulting

We create comprehensive timelines for athletic development, facilitate contact with public and prep schools, make referrals to college camps that are tailored to the individual athlete’s long-term goals, conceptualize and execute marketing and personal brand strategies, community outreach, and media relations. Ultimately, we holistically monitor the athlete’s progression until their athletic goals are achieved.
